Motosu Temple is located on Motosu Lake, one of the five lakes of Mount Fuji, in a protected national park. As the buildings were originally built for an athletic training facility, it has several classrooms, meeting rooms, a library, a script room, and a shrine that can accommodate over a thousand people. We also have over 300 beds for people to stay overnight at our temple as well as three shower facilities, each with a sauna and a large hot tub. Our dining hall overlooks the beautiful lake in which we can often see the reflection of Mt. Fuji. The beach is less than minute of a walk away, there is a boat available for use, and the camping sites are just around the corner.
